Governance & Meetings
The Board meets quarterly, with additional meetings convened as needed. Decisions are made by a simple majority vote of 50% plus one, with a minimum of three members required for any resolution to pass. This approach ensures decisions are made collaboratively, responsibly and with clear accountability.

The Board provides oversight of LESO’s governance, including strategic planning, policy direction, financial stewardship and programme evaluation.
